For AI fleet operator / agent manager · 8 Grok Bots

A back office for your agent fleet that catches bad runs and ships changes as diffs

8 Grok Bots for the person who runs an AI agent fleet: catch failing runs, triage incidents, draft config changes as diffs, evaluate output, plan rollouts, and report health and spend — all as drafts you approve.

The problem it targets

Holding a whole agent fleet in one head — scanning run dashboards for the failure that matters, digging through logs to find why a run broke, editing prompts and configs by hand and hoping nothing regressed, spot-checking output quality when there is time, watching token spend creep, and shepherding each version through rollout — so a bad run goes unnoticed for hours, a prompt change ships with no diff, output quietly degrades, and spend surprises finance at month end.

What you get

From day one

1

Every failed, timed-out, or drifting agent run logged into a run register, and each incident root-caused to the prompt, tool, or input with the run ids and log excerpt cited.

2

A prompt or config change drafted as a reviewable diff with a before/after on sample inputs, plus an output evaluation that scores samples against your rubric so quiet degradation shows up early.

3

A change-control and rollout plan with rollback and notice drafted for each new version, and a one-page weekly fleet-health and spend report with every number traced to its source rows.

What the fleet does in week one

All read-and-prepare — you check its work before anything is trusted

What it does not do

The guardrails are the product

  • ×It drafts; it does not deploy. Every prompt, config, and version change waits for your approval as a diff, and no rollout goes live on its own.
  • ×It reads runs and logs; it never restarts, rolls back, or edits a live agent, and it never sends a rollout notice without your approval.
  • ×It reports spend and flags overruns; it never pauses an agent, throttles its traffic, or moves budget.
  • ×It reaches only your own opted-in contacts and internal channels, and it never posts on its own.
Fleet-health
catch-and-review rate
How you'll know it's working

One number, measured over time

Share of failed or drifting agent runs caught and triaged before they compound, and share of prompt and config changes that shipped as a reviewed diff rather than an unreviewed live edit

Before day one

What you fill in — the bots never guess these

run-register
the header contract for the run register every bot reads and writes.
eval-rubric
your evaluation rubric; every output score comes only from here.
change-diff
the layout for a reviewable change diff with a sample before/after.

How access works

You buy a CrokPot fleet from Workplace AI — not a Cursor plan

CrokPot runs on Workplace AI, Inc.’s (WAI) Cursor Teams workspace. WAI keeps the unpaid admin seat and pays Cursor for your seat. You join as the invited user on your real email and work through the installed Grok Bot fleet.

Your card is charged by WAI via Stripe for the CrokPot fleet ($200/mo, auto-renewing monthly) only — never by Cursor. If you cancel your fleet subscription, the invite/seat ends with it and is not portable to your own Cursor account.

What do I actually get?

A pre-built fleet of Grok Bots for your trade, provisioned and installed for you on Workplace AI’s Cursor Teams workspace, plus onboarding and ongoing training. Every bot drafts; you approve.

Who owns the seat?

Workplace AI, Inc. (WAI) owns the Cursor Teams account and pays Cursor for your seat. You’re invited as a paid user on your own email. The seat isn’t portable to a personal Cursor account.

Do the bots act on their own?

No. The fleet is drafts-only, working from your own data. Nothing sends, files, or is trusted until you review and approve it — that’s the whole design.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime. It’s an auto-renewing monthly subscription at $200/mo. If you cancel, your invite/seat ends with the subscription.

What happens after I pay?

We follow up soon: our team provisions your fleet and invites you on the email you used at checkout. Watch for your Cursor Teams invite and Grok Bot download link, then accept, install, and go.
