For Amazon FBA seller · 8 Grok Bots

A Seller Central back office that answers buyers, replenishes FBA, and recovers owed money

8 Grok Bots for an Amazon FBA seller: log buyer messages and account-health notices, draft ASIN listings, plan replenishment, build reimbursement cases, reply in-SLA, and report the week — all as drafts you approve.

The problem it targets

Living inside Seller Central between shipments — answering buyer messages against the 24-hour clock, fighting suppressed and hijacked listings so ASINs stay indexed, guessing what to restock before a stockout or an aging surcharge hits, chasing FBA reimbursement and removal cases the account owes, and stitching sales, ACoS and return numbers together from separate reports — so messages slip the SLA, best-sellers go out of stock, money owed sits unclaimed, and the account's real numbers are never in one place.

What you get

From day one

1

Every buyer message, return, and account-health notification logged the moment it lands, triaged by the 24-hour SLA and policy risk, so nothing slips inside Seller Central.

2

ASIN listing copy and backend keywords drafted from your brand sheet, a per-ASIN FBA replenishment plan that respects your IPI and restock limits, and reimbursement cases drafted with the evidence lines cited — all for you to review.

3

In-window buyer replies drafted for you to send, plus a one-page weekly digest of sales, ACoS, returns, Buy Box, and IPI with every number linked to its Seller Central report row.

What it does not do

The guardrails are the product

  • ×It drafts; it does not send or submit. Every buyer reply, listing edit, reorder, and reimbursement case waits for your approval.
  • ×It uses only your own catalog, Seller Central reports, and opted-in list. It never solicits Amazon buyers for reviews and never markets to anyone you have not opted in.
  • ×It never edits a live listing, changes a price, or submits a case to Seller Support on its own.
  • ×It never reports an ACoS or inventory number that is not traceable to a Seller Central report.

How access works

You buy a CrokPot fleet from Workplace AI — not a Cursor plan

CrokPot runs on Workplace AI, Inc.’s (WAI) Cursor Teams workspace. WAI keeps the unpaid admin seat and pays Cursor for your seat. You join as the invited user on your real email and work through the installed Grok Bot fleet.

Your card is charged by WAI via Stripe for the CrokPot fleet ($200/mo, auto-renewing monthly) only — never by Cursor. If you cancel your fleet subscription, the invite/seat ends with it and is not portable to your own Cursor account.

What do I actually get?

A pre-built fleet of Grok Bots for your trade, provisioned and installed for you on Workplace AI’s Cursor Teams workspace, plus onboarding and ongoing training. Every bot drafts; you approve.

Who owns the seat?

Workplace AI, Inc. (WAI) owns the Cursor Teams account and pays Cursor for your seat. You’re invited as a paid user on your own email. The seat isn’t portable to a personal Cursor account.

Do the bots act on their own?

No. The fleet is drafts-only, working from your own data. Nothing sends, files, or is trusted until you review and approve it — that’s the whole design.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime. It’s an auto-renewing monthly subscription at $200/mo. If you cancel, your invite/seat ends with the subscription.

What happens after I pay?

We follow up soon: our team provisions your fleet and invites you on the email you used at checkout. Watch for your Cursor Teams invite and Grok Bot download link, then accept, install, and go.
