For Chief of staff · 9 Grok Bots

An operating rhythm that keeps every decision tracked and the principal never caught cold

9 Grok Bots for a chief of staff: turn every leadership meeting into a tracked decision log, roll up initiative status, brief the principal before each meeting, and draft the decision memos and updates — all as drafts you and the principal approve.

The problem it targets

Running the principal's operating rhythm alone — turning every leadership meeting into a decision log and a set of tracked action items, chasing owners for status across a dozen cross-functional initiatives, assembling read-aheads and briefing books before each meeting, drafting the decision memos and the principal's stakeholder updates from scratch, and mapping every incoming ask against the quarter's priorities — so commitments slip unseen, the principal walks in cold, memos go out late, and nobody has one honest picture of what is actually on track.

What you get

From day one

1

Every leadership meeting turned into a decision log and tracked action items, and last week's commitments reconciled against what actually got done — so nothing decided quietly slips.

2

One honest initiative roll-up and a read-ahead built for each of the principal's meetings, so the principal walks in briefed on the decisions on the table and the open questions.

3

Decision memos with options and a grounded recommendation, and stakeholder updates in the principal's register — drafted from the tracked record for the principal to decide and send.

What the fleet does in week one

All read-and-prepare — you check its work before anything is trusted

What it does not do

The guardrails are the product

  • ×It drafts and prepares; it does not decide. Every memo, update, and invite waits for the principal.
  • ×It never announces a decision the principal has not made, and never states a status the tracked record does not support.
  • ×It works only your own opted-in contacts. It does not buy lists or reach anyone you have not chosen.
  • ×It never sends an update, books a meeting, commits a budget, moves money, or makes a filing.

How you'll know it's working

One number, measured over time

Share of leadership-meeting action items that carry an owner and a due date and are reconciled by the next meeting, and the share of the principal's meetings that had a read-ahead in hand beforehand

What you fill in — the bots never guess these

decision-log
the header contract for the decision log and action-item tracker every bot reads.
priority-map
the layout of the incoming-ask priority map.

How access works

You buy a CrokPot fleet from Workplace AI — not a Cursor plan

CrokPot runs on Workplace AI, Inc.’s (WAI) Cursor Teams workspace. WAI keeps the unpaid admin seat and pays Cursor for your seat. You join as the invited user on your real email and work through the installed Grok Bot fleet.

Your card is charged by WAI via Stripe for the CrokPot fleet ($200/mo, auto-renewing monthly) only — never by Cursor. If you cancel your fleet subscription, the invite/seat ends with it and is not portable to your own Cursor account.

What do I actually get?

A pre-built fleet of Grok Bots for your trade, provisioned and installed for you on Workplace AI’s Cursor Teams workspace, plus onboarding and ongoing training. Every bot drafts; you approve.

Who owns the seat?

Workplace AI, Inc. (WAI) owns the Cursor Teams account and pays Cursor for your seat. You’re invited as a paid user on your own email. The seat isn’t portable to a personal Cursor account.

Do the bots act on their own?

No. The fleet is drafts-only, working from your own data. Nothing sends, files, or is trusted until you review and approve it — that’s the whole design.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime. It’s an auto-renewing monthly subscription at $200/mo. If you cancel, your invite/seat ends with the subscription.

What happens after I pay?

We follow up soon: our team provisions your fleet and invites you on the email you used at checkout. Watch for your Cursor Teams invite and Grok Bot download link, then accept, install, and go.
