For eBay reseller / flipper · 9 Grok Bots

A back office that turns your sourced finds into listed, shipped, sold items

9 Grok Bots for a solo eBay reseller: log every sourced buy, grade condition, draft listings from your sold-comps, counter best offers, hit the handling window, and resolve returns — all as drafts you approve before anything goes live or ships.

The problem it targets

Turning a pile of sourced finds into sold, shipped items alone — logging each buy with its cost, grading condition and shooting photos, writing a title and item specifics that index, pricing from sold-comps instead of a guess, countering best offers, packing and hitting the handling window, and working returns and not-as-described cases — so items sit unlisted in bins, listings go up thin or mispriced, ship-by dates get missed, and returns eat the rating and the margin.

What you get

From day one

1

Every sourced item logged in your SKU ledger with its cost and bin the day it comes in, and a condition grade with a flaw list so nothing sits unlisted and nothing goes out over-graded.

2

A drafted eBay listing — title, item specifics, category, description — priced from your own sold-comps sheet, plus best-offer counters inside your approved floor, ready for you to review.

3

A packing list and ship-by reminder for every order to hit the handling window, and a drafted return response and case note that protects your rating — with the label buy and refund left to you.

What it does not do

The guardrails are the product

  • ×It drafts; it does not publish or ship. Every listing, offer, message, and refund waits for you.
  • ×It prices only from your own sold-comps sheet and never pulls completed-sale data off eBay for you.
  • ×It never accepts a return, issues a refund, or moves money, and it never buys a shipping label on its own — every one of those is your call.
  • ×It works only your own opted-in buyers and audience; it does not message anyone who has not opted in.

How access works

You buy a CrokPot fleet from Workplace AI — not a Cursor plan

CrokPot runs on Workplace AI, Inc.’s (WAI) Cursor Teams workspace. WAI keeps the unpaid admin seat and pays Cursor for your seat. You join as the invited user on your real email and work through the installed Grok Bot fleet.

Your card is charged by WAI via Stripe for the CrokPot fleet ($200/mo, auto-renewing monthly) only — never by Cursor. If you cancel your fleet subscription, the invite/seat ends with it and is not portable to your own Cursor account.

What do I actually get?

A pre-built fleet of Grok Bots for your trade, provisioned and installed for you on Workplace AI’s Cursor Teams workspace, plus onboarding and ongoing training. Every bot drafts; you approve.

Who owns the seat?

Workplace AI, Inc. (WAI) owns the Cursor Teams account and pays Cursor for your seat. You’re invited as a paid user on your own email. The seat isn’t portable to a personal Cursor account.

Do the bots act on their own?

No. The fleet is drafts-only, working from your own data. Nothing sends, files, or is trusted until you review and approve it — that’s the whole design.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime. It’s an auto-renewing monthly subscription at $200/mo. If you cancel, your invite/seat ends with the subscription.

What happens after I pay?

We follow up soon: our team provisions your fleet and invites you on the email you used at checkout. Watch for your Cursor Teams invite and Grok Bot download link, then accept, install, and go.
