For Internal auditor · 8 Grok Bots

An audit back office that keeps your engagement file review-ready and no finding aging

8 Grok Bots for a solo internal auditor: scope the engagement, map the process and controls, draft the test workpapers, cross-reference the file, track findings to remediation, and build the committee report — all as drafts you review, with every rating and opinion left for you.

The problem it targets

Turning a pile of process notes and evidence into a defensible engagement file — rekeying walkthrough notes into a control matrix by hand, rebuilding the same audit program each engagement, chasing evidence and cross-references across a growing workpaper set, re-tracking open findings and remediation dates across engagements, and assembling the report and committee pack from scratch — so files sit incomplete, reviews bounce on missing references, findings age unremediated, and the report runs late to the committee.

What you get

From day one

1

Each engagement scoped into a risk-and-control matrix with every in-scope control traced to a risk, and the process walked through and its controls mapped before you design a single test.

2

Control-test workpapers drafted with the population, the sample, and every exception keyed to its evidence, and the whole workpaper set cross-referenced so no reference bounces at review.

3

Open findings tracked to their remediation dates with follow-ups drafted before each date passes, and a draft audit report and committee pack with every observation tied to its workpaper.

What the fleet does in week one

What it does not do

The guardrails are the product

  • ×It drafts; it does not send. Every report, committee pack, and follow-up note waits for your approval.
  • ×It never sets a control rating, signs an opinion, or closes a finding — those are yours, your audit lead's, and the committee's.
  • ×It works only from the engagement's own evidence and your records; it never invents an exception, a balance, or a control result.
  • ×It never files, sends, or reaches anyone you have not chosen, and never mentions engagement or finding detail in any outreach.

How you'll know it's working

One number, measured over time

Share of upcoming engagement reviews that have a complete, cross-referenced workpaper set and a drafted report in advance, and share of open findings whose remediation follow-up is drafted before the committed date passes

How access works

You buy a CrokPot fleet from Workplace AI — not a Cursor plan

CrokPot runs on Workplace AI, Inc.’s (WAI) Cursor Teams workspace. WAI keeps the unpaid admin seat and pays Cursor for your seat. You join as the invited user on your real email and work through the installed Grok Bot fleet.

Your card is charged by WAI via Stripe for the CrokPot fleet ($200/mo, auto-renewing monthly) only — never by Cursor. If you cancel your fleet subscription, the invite/seat ends with it and is not portable to your own Cursor account.

What do I actually get?

A pre-built fleet of Grok Bots for your trade, provisioned and installed for you on Workplace AI’s Cursor Teams workspace, plus onboarding and ongoing training. Every bot drafts; you approve.

Who owns the seat?

Workplace AI, Inc. (WAI) owns the Cursor Teams account and pays Cursor for your seat. You’re invited as a paid user on your own email. The seat isn’t portable to a personal Cursor account.

Do the bots act on their own?

No. The fleet is drafts-only, working from your own data. Nothing sends, files, or is trusted until you review and approve it — that’s the whole design.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime. It’s an auto-renewing monthly subscription at $200/mo. If you cancel, your invite/seat ends with the subscription.

What happens after I pay?

We follow up soon: our team provisions your fleet and invites you on the email you used at checkout. Watch for your Cursor Teams invite and Grok Bot download link, then accept, install, and go.
