For Mobile developer · 8 Grok Bots

A release back office that keeps your changelog honest and your crashes ranked worst-first

8 Grok Bots for a solo mobile developer: assemble the changelog, triage crashes by device and OS, prepare the diff for review, draft the store listing, propose pipeline changes, and report the crash-free rate — all as drafts you approve.

The problem it targets

Owning the app end to end between builds — reconstructing what changed for each release, wading through crash and ANR reports to find which stack matters and which device it hits, self-reviewing diffs before a pull request, rewriting release notes and store metadata by hand for every locale, keeping the mobile CI and device-test matrix from drifting, and re-deriving the crash-free rate and fragmentation picture each week — so releases go out with an incomplete changelog, the loudest crash is not the worst one, review takes longer than the fix, and the store listing lags the build.

What you get

From day one

1

A release changelog assembled from every commit and pull request since the last tag, and crash and ANR reports grouped by stack and mapped to the device and OS they hit, worst-first.

2

A self-review drafted for your open diff with the risky changes flagged, and release notes and store metadata drafted from the changelog inside each field's length limit, ready to localize.

3

A proposed pipeline and device-test-matrix change drafted as a reviewable diff, and a one-page weekly report of the crash-free rate and the device and OS fragmentation, every number traceable to its console.

What the fleet does in week one

All read-and-prepare — you check its work before anything is trusted

What it does not do

The guardrails are the product

  • ×It drafts; it does not release. It never tags, signs, submits to a store, or promotes a rollout — every release is yours to run.
  • ×It never applies a pipeline or signing-config change; each change is a diff you review and merge.
  • ×It never commits a fix, merges a pull request, or closes an issue; writing and shipping the code stays with you.
  • ×It works only your own opted-in network for any outreach, and never buys a list or reaches anyone you have not chosen.

How you'll know it's working

One number, measured over time

Share of releases that ship with a complete changelog and drafted store notes, and share of the week's crash and ANR groups triaged with a cause hypothesis and an affected-device list

Before day one

What you fill in — the bots never guess these

release-log
the header contract for the release log every bot reads.
store-metadata
your store fields and their length limits, so drafts stay inside them.
pipeline-change
the shape of a proposed pipeline-change diff you review before merging.

How access works

You buy a CrokPot fleet from Workplace AI — not a Cursor plan

CrokPot runs on Workplace AI, Inc.’s (WAI) Cursor Teams workspace. WAI keeps the unpaid admin seat and pays Cursor for your seat. You join as the invited user on your real email and work through the installed Grok Bot fleet.

Your card is charged by WAI via Stripe for the CrokPot fleet ($200/mo, auto-renewing monthly) only — never by Cursor. If you cancel your fleet subscription, the invite/seat ends with it and is not portable to your own Cursor account.

What do I actually get?

A pre-built fleet of Grok Bots for your trade, provisioned and installed for you on Workplace AI’s Cursor Teams workspace, plus onboarding and ongoing training. Every bot drafts; you approve.

Who owns the seat?

Workplace AI, Inc. (WAI) owns the Cursor Teams account and pays Cursor for your seat. You’re invited as a paid user on your own email. The seat isn’t portable to a personal Cursor account.

Do the bots act on their own?

No. The fleet is drafts-only, working from your own data. Nothing sends, files, or is trusted until you review and approve it — that’s the whole design.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime. It’s an auto-renewing monthly subscription at $200/mo. If you cancel, your invite/seat ends with the subscription.

What happens after I pay?

We follow up soon: our team provisions your fleet and invites you on the email you used at checkout. Watch for your Cursor Teams invite and Grok Bot download link, then accept, install, and go.
