For Multi-unit general manager · 8 Grok Bots

A district back office that keeps every location tracked and your review honest

8 Grok Bots for a multi-unit general manager: pull daily sales and labor across every store, brief every walk, read each location's coverage and P&L variance, and build the district review — all as drafts you approve.

The problem it targets

Holding a whole district together one store at a time — pulling daily sales and labor across every location before the morning check-in, researching a store's numbers and open issues before each visit, reconciling per-location P&L variance against the plan by hand, writing the same follow-up notes to location managers after every walk and every miss, and rebuilding the weekly district review from scattered store reports — so a slipping location is caught late, visits happen half-briefed, and the review runs on numbers nobody can trace.

What you get

From day one

1

Every location's daily sales, labor, and traffic pulled into one readout, with the stores that missed sales or overspent labor flagged and sourced — so a slipping store is caught the morning it slips.

2

A store-walk brief before each visit and a per-location P&L variance read from the source reports, plus a labor-and-coverage review that drafts the coverage fix for you to check.

3

A follow-up note drafted for each location manager after a walk or a miss, and a one-page weekly district review with every store number traceable to its source report line.

What the fleet does in week one

All read-and-prepare — you check its work before anything is trusted

What it does not do

The guardrails are the product

  • ×It drafts; it does not send. Every follow-up note and coverage message waits for your approval.
  • ×It never publishes a schedule, moves hours, or commits labor for a store — that stays with you and the location manager.
  • ×It never estimates or reconciles a P&L number the source report does not show, and it never decides what a location manager is held to — the district review is your call.
Visit-ready
and location-tracked rate
How you'll know it's working

One number, measured over time

Share of store walks that begin with that location's numbers and open issues assembled and sourced, and the share of open locations carrying a current sales-and-labor status and a named manager

Before day one

What you fill in — the bots never guess these

district-log
the header contract for the daily per-location sales-and-labor log every bot reads.
pnl-variance
your location list, plan lines, and the source-report line each number comes from. Variance is read only from here.
manager-followup
your own wording for after-walk and after-miss follow-up notes to your location managers.

How access works

You buy a CrokPot fleet from Workplace AI — not a Cursor plan

CrokPot runs on Workplace AI, Inc.’s (WAI) Cursor Teams workspace. WAI keeps the unpaid admin seat and pays Cursor for your seat. You join as the invited user on your real email and work through the installed Grok Bot fleet.

Your card is charged by WAI via Stripe for the CrokPot fleet ($200/mo, auto-renewing monthly) only — never by Cursor. If you cancel your fleet subscription, the invite/seat ends with it and is not portable to your own Cursor account.

What do I actually get?

A pre-built fleet of Grok Bots for your trade, provisioned and installed for you on Workplace AI’s Cursor Teams workspace, plus onboarding and ongoing training. Every bot drafts; you approve.

Who owns the seat?

Workplace AI, Inc. (WAI) owns the Cursor Teams account and pays Cursor for your seat. You’re invited as a paid user on your own email. The seat isn’t portable to a personal Cursor account.

Do the bots act on their own?

No. The fleet is drafts-only, working from your own data. Nothing sends, files, or is trusted until you review and approve it — that’s the whole design.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime. It’s an auto-renewing monthly subscription at $200/mo. If you cancel, your invite/seat ends with the subscription.

What happens after I pay?

We follow up soon: our team provisions your fleet and invites you on the email you used at checkout. Watch for your Cursor Teams invite and Grok Bot download link, then accept, install, and go.
