For Owner-operator trucker · 8 Grok Bots

A back office for your truck that finds the paying loads and catches the money you're owed

8 Grok Bots for a one-truck owner-operator: sort loads by real rate-per-mile, draft rate counters from your cost floor, review compliance for gaps, reconcile settlements, track maintenance, and report cost-per-mile — all as drafts you approve.

The problem it targets

Running the whole business off one truck — reading load boards and broker offers to find what actually pays after deadhead, countering rates without a real cost floor, keeping HOS logs, IFTA mileage, permits and registrations from lapsing, reconciling broker settlements and factoring advances against the rate cons, tracking PM and DOT-inspection intervals per truck, and working out cost and net per mile by hand — so a cheap load gets booked, a rate gets left on the table, a permit lapses into an out-of-service, a short-pay never gets disputed, and the real numbers are a mystery until the accountant finds them.

What you get

From day one

1

Every candidate load sorted by rate-per-mile after deadhead, and a rate counter drafted from your own cost-per-mile floor with the math shown, ready for you to send.

2

A standing compliance review of your HOS, IFTA mileage, and permit and registration dates that flags every gap and expiry before it lapses.

3

A settlement reconciler that matches each broker settlement to its rate con, flags short-pays and missed detention, and a weekly cost-per-mile and net-per-mile report with every number traceable.

What the fleet does in week one

All read-and-prepare — you check its work before anything is trusted

What it does not do

The guardrails are the product

  • ×It drafts; it does not send. Every rate counter, dispute note, and message waits for your approval.
  • ×It never books a load, accepts a broker's offer, or replies to a broker on your own account.
  • ×It never files an IFTA return, renews a permit, edits a log of record, or moves money — the compliance and settlement bots review and flag; you confirm and file.
  • ×It works only your own board access and broker contacts. It does not buy a list or reach anyone you have not chosen.

How you'll know it's working

One number, measured over time

Share of booked loads that cleared the owner's cost-per-mile floor, and the share of compliance gaps and short-paid settlements caught and written up before they lapsed or were lost

Before day one

What you fill in — the bots never guess these

load-log
the header contract for the load and rate-con log every bot reads and writes.
cost-per-mile
your fixed and variable cost per mile. Rate floors and counters come only from here.
compliance-calendar
your HOS, IFTA, permit, and registration items and their dates, so the review has something to check against.

How access works

You buy a CrokPot fleet from Workplace AI — not a Cursor plan

CrokPot runs on Workplace AI, Inc.’s (WAI) Cursor Teams workspace. WAI keeps the unpaid admin seat and pays Cursor for your seat. You join as the invited user on your real email and work through the installed Grok Bot fleet.

Your card is charged by WAI via Stripe for the CrokPot fleet ($200/mo, auto-renewing monthly) only — never by Cursor. If you cancel your fleet subscription, the invite/seat ends with it and is not portable to your own Cursor account.

What do I actually get?

A pre-built fleet of Grok Bots for your trade, provisioned and installed for you on Workplace AI’s Cursor Teams workspace, plus onboarding and ongoing training. Every bot drafts; you approve.

Who owns the seat?

Workplace AI, Inc. (WAI) owns the Cursor Teams account and pays Cursor for your seat. You’re invited as a paid user on your own email. The seat isn’t portable to a personal Cursor account.

Do the bots act on their own?

No. The fleet is drafts-only, working from your own data. Nothing sends, files, or is trusted until you review and approve it — that’s the whole design.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime. It’s an auto-renewing monthly subscription at $200/mo. If you cancel, your invite/seat ends with the subscription.

What happens after I pay?

We follow up soon: our team provisions your fleet and invites you on the email you used at checkout. Watch for your Cursor Teams invite and Grok Bot download link, then accept, install, and go.
