For Interim / turnaround executive · 8 Grok Bots

A war room that keeps your turnaround diagnostic, cash model, and stakeholder story current

8 Grok Bots for an interim or turnaround executive: assemble the situation, run the diagnostic, keep the 13-week cash model current, draft the stabilization plan, and keep the board and lenders on one story — all as drafts you approve.

The problem it targets

Rebuilding the whole picture by hand in the first weeks — pulling the situation together from partial records, tracing where the cash actually goes, drafting and re-drafting the 13-week model as assumptions change, turning findings into a plan with owners and dates, and keeping the board, lenders, and creditors on one story — so the diagnostic runs late, the cash view is stale, the plan lives in the executive's head, and the handover pack gets written the night before they leave.

What you get

From day one

1

The whole situation pulled into one war-room log — records, board packs, contracts, and open issues — so you work from one picture instead of reconstructing it, plus a root-cause diagnostic built on the evidence, not the last deck.

2

A rolling 13-week cash flow model drafted from actuals and your assumptions with the arithmetic and the tight week shown, and a stabilization plan where every action carries an owner, a date, and an expected impact.

3

Board, lender, and creditor updates drafted to one consistent story, with meeting times and agendas ready for you to send, and a weekly turnaround report plus a live handover pack for your successor.

What the fleet does in week one

All read-and-prepare — you check its work before anything is trusted

What it does not do

The guardrails are the product

  • ×It drafts and models; it does not send. Every board, lender, and creditor message waits for your approval.
  • ×It never moves money, stretches a vendor, commits a restructuring or headcount decision, or files anything — those stay your call.
  • ×It reaches only your own opted-in contacts and never publishes on its own; it never invents a cash assumption or a number the actuals do not support.

How you'll know it's working

One number, measured over time

Share of the diagnostic, cash model, and stakeholder story that is current within the executive's refresh window, and share of stabilization actions that carry a named owner and a date

Before day one

What you fill in — the bots never guess these

situation-log
the header contract for the war-room log every bot reads.
cash-model
the 13-week model structure and the assumptions you supply. Cash assumptions come only from you.
stabilization-plan
the plan layout the drafter fills; owners and dates are yours to set.

How access works

You buy a CrokPot fleet from Workplace AI — not a Cursor plan

CrokPot runs on Workplace AI, Inc.’s (WAI) Cursor Teams workspace. WAI keeps the unpaid admin seat and pays Cursor for your seat. You join as the invited user on your real email and work through the installed Grok Bot fleet.

Your card is charged by WAI via Stripe for the CrokPot fleet ($200/mo, auto-renewing monthly) only — never by Cursor. If you cancel your fleet subscription, the invite/seat ends with it and is not portable to your own Cursor account.

What do I actually get?

A pre-built fleet of Grok Bots for your trade, provisioned and installed for you on Workplace AI’s Cursor Teams workspace, plus onboarding and ongoing training. Every bot drafts; you approve.

Who owns the seat?

Workplace AI, Inc. (WAI) owns the Cursor Teams account and pays Cursor for your seat. You’re invited as a paid user on your own email. The seat isn’t portable to a personal Cursor account.

Do the bots act on their own?

No. The fleet is drafts-only, working from your own data. Nothing sends, files, or is trusted until you review and approve it — that’s the whole design.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime. It’s an auto-renewing monthly subscription at $200/mo. If you cancel, your invite/seat ends with the subscription.

What happens after I pay?

We follow up soon: our team provisions your fleet and invites you on the email you used at checkout. Watch for your Cursor Teams invite and Grok Bot download link, then accept, install, and go.
